The ExecuVets program was created based on the notion that companies see the bottom-line value in hiring veterans, particularly for Executive, Senior Management, and Board roles. ExecuVets proudly partners with organizations to find leaders and board members who have the skills and experience necessary to succeed, are able to define and advance corporate strategy, and advance the company culture.  Learn more at


The Director Diversity Initiative (DDI) at the University of North Carolina School of Law works to increase the representation of women, people of color, and others who would add diversity to corporate boards of directors. The DDI maintains a database of potential diverse directors and provides free searches for those interested in adding diverse candidates to the nominee pool. There were six board placements out of fifteen searches in 2020, including four public companies. The DDI sponsors an annual board boot camp for potential diverse directors and monthly free short programs. Learn More at
